I found Yoga early in my adulthood. It has been a calming force in my life as well as a source of strength. I’ve built my endurance, my mental fortitude, my positive attitude and other parts of my personality because of the tenants of yoga and meditation. I find it helps me to center my beliefs on everything from spirituality to love and relationships. I’ve been a student as well as a teacher for over 20 years. My fellow classmates and I have grown immensely over the years. We’ve achieved heights in this discipline that have aided us in recovery from physical ailments and mental pressures. I highly recommend the practice of yoga for any writer. It helps you to think positively. It also helps you to focus your energy on a task and complete it with excellence. If not for yoga, my persistence and passion would not be where it is today.

    I also practice yoga and it has helped me so much mentally and physically during this difficult time of a world wide pandemic! Have enjoyed reading your book “Reap the Hot September Harvest”! Looking forward to the next installment of the Trilogy.
